Admission & Hours

What are the opening hours?
Uminomori Park is open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
When is the park closed?
The park is closed from December 29 to January 3.

Access

Is there a shuttle bus service?
A free shuttle bus operates from "Shin-Kiba Station" (JR Keiyo Line, Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line, Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit Rinkai Line). For timetables and boarding locations, please check here.
Can I walk to Uminomori Park?
You can walk to the park via the Tokyo Gate Bridge on the Tokyo Port Rinkai Road. However, please note that there are restrictions on passage times and some days when the walkway is unavailable. For details, please check here.
Is there a parking lot?
Uminomori Park has a parking lot accommodating 268 standard vehicles and 3 large buses (please contact the administration office for more than 3 buses). Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Fees: Standard vehicles - weekdays 500 yen, weekends & holidays 1,000 yen; large buses 2,000 yen; motorcycles free. A fee is charged per entry. Cash, credit cards, and PayPay are accepted. Transit IC cards and other electronic money are not accepted. For large buses, please bring your parking ticket to the park administration office to pay the parking fee. Holders of disability certificates are exempt from parking fees. Please bring your certificate and parking ticket and inquire at the Uminomori Park Administration Office. Rules

Can I use a tent in the park?
Pop-up tents and other tents that do not require pegs and can be easily moved are permitted. Please be careful that they are not blown away by the wind.
Can I use fireworks or open flames?
Open flames are strictly prohibited in the park, except for authorized events.
Is there a smoking area?
There are no smoking areas in the park.
Can I play ball games?
Ball games are only permitted in the "Gathering Meadow" area. When using balls, please be considerate of other visitors nearby.
Can I ride a bicycle in the park?
Bicycles and motorcycles are not allowed inside the park. Please use the bicycle parking area next to the Central Gate for bicycles, and the parking lot for motorcycles.
Can I fly a kite?
Kite flying is permitted in the Gathering Meadow. However, due to the proximity to Haneda Airport, there is a height restriction of 60 meters above the Gathering Meadow. When flying kites, please be careful of string breakage and use a sufficiently open area so as not to disturb other visitors.

Pets

Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are welcome. However, please keep them on a leash at all times and take any waste home with you.

Photography

Can I take photos/videos in the park?
Photography and filming at Uminomori Park requires advance application. Please check here for details.

Can groups use the park for field trips, etc.?
